Amber Barker, PT, DPT, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Evangel University, and achieved her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. She received advanced training from the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health and is passionate about cultivating a safe environment for patients from all walks of life to understand and rehabilitate their pelvic conditions.
Amber is a Northwest Arkansas native that grew up playing soccer across the state, and she is looking forward to helping elevate the standard of pelvic health care in her community. Alaina Dunning PT, DPT
Alaina Dunning, PT, DPT, earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Alaina was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin and has been living in Chicago treating both the pelvic and orthopedic populations in an outpatient, private practice, specialty clinic. She has completed advanced coursework through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute for pelvic floor physical therapy.
Alaina moved to NWA in 2022, and she is excited to make a difference in the lives of individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction through individualized, holistic care. In her free time, Alaina enjoys traveling, hiking, finishing a good puzzle, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kristin James
Kristin is from Fort Smith, Arkansas and recently moved to Northwest Arkansas this summer! She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Harding University.
Kristin is passionate about being a PT that listens intentionally and delivers compassionate care to each and every one of her patients. Her goal is to provide a safe space for patients to feel heard, ask questions, and learn how to make meaningful changes to their health!

Erin Nickenig PT, DPT, PCES
Erin received her bachelors degree in Biology from George Mason University in 2004. She later received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2007. After, graduation, Erin began working in the Washington D.C area at a hospital based outpatient clinic treating a variety of patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. While there, she and another colleague began to see a need for pelvic floor physical therapy services and decided to start a program to serve the needs of their community. After several years of building the program, Erin moved to Austin, TX where she worked exclusively at a specialty clinic serving both men and women with pelvic floor dysfunction and served as the lead physical therapist. She then moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2012. After the birth of her two children and experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction herself, Erin knew she wanted to continue to help guide and support more women during pregnancy and postpartum and any individual with pelvic floor dysfunction. Erin is honored and excited to be part of the team at Renew Physical Therapy. Erin has extensive training from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Molly Parsons PT, DPT
Molly Parsons graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas in 2012 and with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Harding University in 2016.
She and her husband moved back to NWA in 2016 where she began her career as a pediatric therapist. Over the next few years, she developed close relationships with her patients’ families and within her community. It was through these relationships that she realized the women in her life represented a population in the community that had questions about their health and nowhere to turn. This awareness prompted professional growth into the field of Pelvic Health PT. In 2021 she began specializing in pelvic health PT and now enjoys advocating for her patients by empowering them to live their fullest and healthiest lives.

Katelyn Perez PT, DPT
Katelyn is a Texas native who made Arkansas home in 2020. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Harding University.
Katelyn is passionate about providing patient-centered care and creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing pelvic floor concerns. Her goal is to empower each individual through education and personalized treatment to help them return to the activities they love and improve their quality of life.

Chelsea Waldkirch PT, DPT, PRPC
Chelsea Waldkirch, PT, DPT, PRPC is a physical therapist and owner of Renew Physical Therapy. She founded Renew PT in 2021 with the goal of providing excellent, accessible, one-on-one care to her community.
She specializes in pelvic health physical therapy. She also provides general outpatient physical therapy and is skilled in vestibular rehabilitation.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Kentucky.
She has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2015. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them meet their goals.
In 2023, Chelsea earned the distiction of certified pelvic rehabiliation practitioner (PRPC). The certification requirements include 2000 hours of pelvic floor patient care and a passing exam score. There are currently less than 15 PRPCs in the state of Arkansas.
